Dumplings with potato and cottage cheese

Our dumplings with potato and cottage cheese are a combination of soft dough and aromatic potato and cheese filling. The secret of its flavour lies in carefully prepared traditional recipes. We recommend to serve them sprinkled with delicately fried onions, scratchings or fried bacon.

Available in packages:450g, 900g and 5kg (loose).

Product composition

wheat flour, water, boiled potatoes 14%, fried onions, white cheese (contains milk) 5%, rapeseed oil, salt, spices: black cheese, turmeric, yeast extract, vegetables: parsnip (contains sulphur dioxide), carrots, leek, parsley leaves, fennel, aromas, sugar.

Dumplings with potato and cottage cheese

Preparation

Gradually throw deeply frozen dumplings to boiling water, salted to taste.

Once thrown, stir slightly. Cook on a small flame, at one's sole discretion. Producer recommends to cook approx. 12-15 min.

We recommend to serve it embellished with browned onions, pork scratchings or fried bacon.
