Our recipes

Cream sauce:

  • flour (to obtain sauce of adequate thickness)

  • 5 dag of onions (slightly fry onions with butter)

  • vegeta per taste

  • a pinch of salt

  • a pinch of sweet or chilli red pepper

  • a pinch of pepper

  • 100 g of cream

  • water to obtain adequate thickness


Mushroom sauce:

  • 7 dag of dried mushrooms (soak)

  • vegeta per taste

  • a pinch of pepper per taste

  • a pinch of salt

  • 7.5 dag of cream

  • slightly fry 7 dag of onions with butter, add soaked and drained mushrooms and fry it together

  • flour (to obtain sauce of adequate thickness)

  • water to obtain adequate thickness


Tomato sauce:

  • slightly fry 10 dag of onions with butter

  • 20 dag of tomato paste

  • 10 dag of cream

  • a pinch of vegeta

  • a pinch of salt, per taste

  • a pinch of pepper, per taste

  • flour (to obtain sauce of adequate thickness)

  • water to obtain adequate thickness


Garlic hamburger sauce:

  • 1 spoon of mustard

  • 3 spoons of cream

  • ½ of tea spoon of sugar

  • a pinch of salt, per taste

  • little of vegeta

  • 3 drops of tabasco

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • a pinch of basil, oregano, rosemary and marjoram
