Dumplings with cabbage and meat

Dumplings with cabbage and meat are reach with filling full of flavour that strongly alludes to the old Polish tastes. Our dumplings can be served poured with fat with fried onions, pork fat or bacon scratchings. They are perfect as an appetizer with favourite salads.

Available in packages: 450g and 5kg (loose).

Product composition

wheat flour 55%, water, beef 6%, fried white cabbage 5%, beef hearts 4%, sauerkraut 4%, pork fat, rapeseed oil, onions, bread crumbs (wheat flour, water, yeast, salt), wheat fibre, hardened rapeseed fat (margarine), salt, mushrooms in various proportions (suillus bovinus, bay bolete, suillus variegatus, penny bun, red-capped scaber stalk), spices, sugar, aromas, yeast extract, vegetables: parsnip (contains sulphur dioxide), onions, carrot, leek, parsley leaves, fennel.

Ingredients that are allergens have been written in bold in the product composition.

Preparation

Gradually throw deeply frozen dumplings to boiling water, salted to taste.

Once thrown, stir slightly. Cook on a small flame, at one's sole discretion. Producer recommends to cook approx. 12-15 min.

We recommend to serve it embellished with browned onions, pork scratchings or fried bacon.
